If you are unable to attend a seminar, whether in person or online, for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value paid by you without penalty for a period of one year following the starting date of the seminar for which you registered. If the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay FCU the difference. All Transfers expire within one year of the start day of the original seminar without exception. Registrants must call Florida Christian University’s Student Services Department at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. All cancellations must be made in writing. For registrations cancelled 181 days or more prior to the program date, the registrant shall receive a full refund of the paid program fee less a 10% service charge. For registrations cancelled between 180 and 91 days prior to the program date, the registrant shall receive 50% of the paid program fee. For cancellations 90 days or less prior to the program date, the full program fee will be assessed, and no refund will be made. If you no-show for a seminar you forfeit your seminar fee and no refunds will be made. Seminar registration fees for registrants from the continental U.S. or countries outside the U.S., for both live and online seminars, must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars before the seminar begins in order for the registrant to be admitted to the seminar. Prices listed for seminars are in U.S. dollars. Should a program be canceled, postponed or experience a program date change because of illness, weather, acts of God, or any other reason whatsoever, all attendees will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be solely limited to the return of the registration fee. Attendees hereby agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions by registering for any of our seminars.

You hereby consent to and authorize FCU and/or its affiliates to use and reproduce any and all photographs, or videos which have been taken of you in connection with this event for all forms of advertising, promotional material, and any and all other materials, including audio and/or video recordings. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and any advertising copy.

You hereby affirm and attest you have complete understanding of these Terms and Conditions and that, if you do not understand English, you have the opportunity to have this agreement translated into a language you understand. You further affirm that lack of understanding of the English language shall not relieve you of the duties, responsibilities, and obligations under these Terms and Conditions. The English language version of these terms shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.
